How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail, delivery time depends on the delivery option you choose at check out. Standard delivery should take 3 -5 working days to arrive with you,  Faster Delivery takes 2 - 3 working days and Rapid Delivery takes 1 - 2 working days.

Please note, items ordered on a Friday or a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

If Shao Dow is away on tour at the time you place an order it may not be immediately possible for him to send your item. If there is likely to be a short delay you will be informed via email.

Items are normally dispatched 2 - 3 days working days after an order is received. 

If there is likely to be a delay you will be kept informed.

International deliveries will take longer, please allow up to 10 working days and if you haven't received anything by then, get in contact and we'll look into it for you.

How Much Is Postage?

Standard UK delivery is FREE.

We also offer faster delivery options for an additional charge (added during check out).

International orders do incur a delivery charge as they cost more to send. The exact cost will be worked out for you during the check out process.

Please note that additional import taxes and fees may be imposed by your home country.

SnapBacks have adjustable strap.

Beanies fit most head sizes.

Clothing Care Instructions

All items are Machine Washable but best washed inside out in order to preserve the quality of the design.

Do Not Tumble Dry or Iron Directly On The Design. 

How Do I Pay? 

You have the choice of paying using the Stripe Payment Gateway or through PayPal.

Both options offer maximum security and card details are never stored by this website.

The DiY Gang Store accepts all major credit and debit cards and payments using your PayPal account.

How Does The Pre-Order Button Work?

If an item is out of stock or coming soon you can register your interest by pre-ordering it.

Pre-ordering an out of stock item lets us know that it is in demand and speeds up the rate at which it is restocked.

It may take a little longer than usual but you will be kept informed and given an estimated time for the arrival of your order.

In the case of new album and manga book releases, pre-orders can be set more than a month in advance. 

In these cases the release date will be clearly advertised and as soon as the displayed date arrives, you will be sent your order.

In this case, pre-ordering let's us know you're interested and helps to fund the production of the project.
